You don't have to travel to Louisville and fight a mob scene tosee the Kentucky Derby on Saturday. Dick Duchossois is turning hisArlington Park racetrack into a replica of Churchill Downs, completewith mint juleps. And you can watch the "run for the roses" on TVand make your bets at the same time, all far from the madding crowd.. . . Mayor Washington will be in Louisville for the Derby as theguest of Phil Miller, head of Marshall Field's. . . . Incidentally,scalpers are now asking $7,500 for a box at the Derby.
